Enrolments

Due to Hermit Park's enrolment growth over the last five years, the school is subject to an Enrolment Management Plan (PDF, 110KB).

This means that all students who reside in the school's catchment zone are automatically eligible for enrolment.

Students who reside outside the enrolment zone are welcome to submit an enrolment form and will be added to the school's waiting list.

Enrolling at Hermit Park 

You will need:

1.  ​An Enrolment application form
   
2.  Birth certificate
3.  Proof of residency such as:​
   

• Current Rates Notice or
• Current tenancy agreement

and 1 of the following if owner occupied or renting through real-estate. or 2 of the following if renting privately or through housing.

• Utility bill 
• bank statement
• phone bill
• driver's licence
• electoral roll verification letter
  

All documents can be sent through to the office as a hard copy or emailed through to our enrolment officer, Matilda Glancy at mglan14@eq.edu.au
